On Tuesday morning, around 6:05 Dayton Ohio time , there was a total lunar eclipse.
The photograph by P. Freeman was taken of the moon from about 6:05 this = morning, about 10-15 minutes into totality in the lunar eclipse. This shot was using a Canon 20Da camera = attached to a Televue 85mm refractor telescope at f/7. This was either =a 1-second or 2-second shot, most likely 1 second, at ISO1600, without = any motorized tracking on the telescope mount.
