A hot air balloon, with twelve passengers and one pilot, caught fire Friday evening right after take off in Surrey, British Columbia, a suburb of Vancouver.
The balloon was in a recreational vehicle park and was 25 feet off of the ground when the fire started. The passengers jumped out of the balloon, some with their clothes on fire.
As the balloon rose, it began to explode. The fire killed two of the passengers, and injured eleven in all.
